New Guidelines for Your Safety and Ours

Cover your beautiful smile - A face covering is required at our office by guidance of the California Department of Public Health

Fill out Forms Online - If you are a new patient, please fill out and sign the forms prior to your appointment

Come alone - Unfortunately Patients cannot bring anyone (friend, spouse, grandparent, partner, etc) to the office. Only patients with actual appointments are allowed inside. This is to ensure less interaction within the office and follow social distancing guidelines. For kids under the age of 5, is permitted ONE parent for visit. And we ask that the parent is also wearing a face covering and prepare to be screened as well

Use the restroom prior to your appointment - Please use the restroom at home

Have patience - Appointments may have longer wait times as we clean the office between patients. Please help our team by coming prepared and on time.

What to Expect During your Next Visit

  1. Wait in your car - If you walked, please wait on the small benches in front of the office

  2. Call to let us know you've arrived - We will let you know when to come to our front door

  3. Put on a facemask - Please help our team out and bring your own from home

  4. Temperature check - After taking your temperature, hand sanitizer will be provided before you walk in

  5. Mouth Rinse - Our assistant will kindly ask you to rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide/water. This rinse helps lessen the bacteria in your mouth prior to your appointment

  6. Have a good appointment! - Thank you for doing your part to keep our team, yourself and other patients safe

At the end of your appointment, we will also ask for you to wash your hands and place your mask back on before walking to the front desk.

If you should have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us. We look forward to seeing your beautiful smiles. See you soon!
